Weekly Menu

It is that time again for my menu! I hope everyone had a great new year and here is to an awesome 2011!!

Sunday: Beef Stroganoff, beans and rolls
Monday: Beer Can Chicken, mixed veggies and twice baked potatoes
Tuesday: Tuna Casserole, corn and biscuits
Wednesday: Carne Asada, green peppers and onions, and potatoes
Thursday: Pork chops, noodles and green beans
Friday: Tacos
Saturday: Tilapia, rice and a veggie (not sure which one, I think I might get some asparagus)
