2 Weeks

So most of you know I lost my voice 3 weeks ago, and now it is BACK!!! I have my full voice ( still not the same but I will take it) on the 3 week mark that I lost it!! I have never had anything as crazy happen to me like this before and you can't even imagine how FRUSTRATING it is, I couldn't just pick up the phone and call someone as they would think I was creepy!!! Anyways my point is that I took an LOA from work as I couldn't do 3/4 of my job and I got to spend the last 2 weeks as a temporary stay at home mom. I have to say that I absolutely loved being able to do this but know that it isn't going to happen as a full time situation. I got to really bond more with Morgan during this time and it is wonderful. She has become really attached to me and I can see her learning something new everyday. Also during this time I got some great pictures that I wanted to share with everyone, she is getting so big it is hard to remember what she was like when she was so little.

Everyday she tries to do something new and I have to say that she has no fear, if she can climb it she will, if she can stand on it she will, I have more fear than she does!! The other day Tyson had her in the bonus room and she climbed up the exersaucer and got in it, legs all in the right spots and everything, you have to understand the exersaucer comes up to her chest, how she got in it I don't know, but she has no fear

As you can see from this pic, she took her rocking horse and climbed up the recliner

Morgan vocabulary is growing as well, she can say Dada, Hi, Abbie, Puppy, Mommy (that is her current favorite, it is Mommy everything) and I think she is trying to say Bowl, she knows what a ball is if I tell her to go and get the ball, but she doesn't say it, we are trying to teach her to say Abbie No, as Abbie is always in her way, but she hasn't started that. She will shake her head yes and no, which helps a lot because even though she can't talk at least I can ask her and she can say yes or no with her head. She is slowly starting the "tantrum" stage and you would think the world is coming to an end, she will fall to the floor and hang her head down crying...it is hard to not giggle as it is so sad!! She is really into getting on my lap with a book and having me read it to her, then she will go and get another book and again I read that, over and over, she is very consistent!!

She also is infatuated with going outside and loves it, our front yard is a bit steep and she hasn't learned how to slow down her walking without falling so we have to keep a close eye on her but she loves just being outside!

We look forward to a TON of camping this summer and watching our little girl grow. Here is a picture of where she was a year ago just to put in perspective on how much she has grown! It is crazy to see how small she was!
