Where has the time gone? I remember when she was born and that seems like yesterday! We are having her party later this month, but on her birthday she got to pick what she wanted to do and she wanted to go bowling. Tyson and I even joined in on the bowling and I couldn't believe it when Morgan bowled a 100, and she beat me, and ALMOST beat Tyson! She got a strike and a few spares!
After bowling we took her to Red Robin for lunch where they sang Happy Birthday to her and she got a free Ice Cream Sundae! That night we had cupcakes for dessert, she had an overall great day! Have a great week!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-39003916275024422682013-09-16T15:33:00.001-07:002013-09-16T15:33:28.765-07:00My MenuI know it has been a long time since I posted anything. I have just been trying to get a "new" routine since all the girls are in school this year! Right now Cameryn and Jaidyn are attending a preschool at an elementary school. This program that they are in is through the state. If you have a child with speech delay, once they turn 3 they are required to go through the school district rather then having their personal therapist come to the house. Morgan started kindergarten as well (where did the time go?) and she is at a completely different elementary school. Right now I feel nothing short of a chauffeur!!!

Here is the deal, Cameryn and Jaidyn can ride the bust to and from school, however since they are so shy I knew that there was NO way they would get on the bus. So the past 3 weeks I have been dropping them off at 9 am and picking them up at 12 noon. Today they rode the bus home and will continue for the week in hopes that I can get them on the bus in the morning starting next week and I won't have to be driving back and forth as much. Originally we were going to have Morgan go to kindergarten at the same time that the twins were in school, but she got put in the afternoon class which is 1255-350. Now I could of had that changed but that meant I would have to get her to the bus stop, drop the girls off, pick the girls up 15 minutes early to get Morgan from school. Her school only buses in that am and home in the pm, there is no middle pick up. So I decided it was best to keep it where it is at. It is just better overall and I get some one on one time with her!

So, with that said, I haven't had a lot of time to blog as I am busy driving EVERY WHERE while running errands, , cleaning the house, cooking, etc. I will try to get another post done this week along with some pictures so I can update all of you! Have a great week!

Sunday: Kielbasa, noodles, and tomatoes and cucumbers

Monday: Sweet and Sour Chicken (yummy, recipe here), fried rice (my favorite) and egg rolls

Tuesday: Spaghetti, salad and garlic bread

Wednesday: Brauts, tator tots, beans and coleslaw

Thursday: Pork Chops, cheesy potatoes and green beans

Friday: Beef and snow peas (from PW, haven't had it yet) rice and egg rolls

Saturday: Roasted chicken legs, and potatoes

Now I am off to cook my dinner! Have a great week everyone and stay tuned, I promise to get some pictures loaded up!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-66856378735920107732013-07-01T08:48:00.001-07:002013-07-01T08:48:27.766-07:00My MenuI haven't posted anything in a long time! I have to say that I have been seriously busy, the girls have been keeping me on my toes more and more each day. I plan on doing a separate update for the kids, but for now I just want to start to get back on track with my menu for the week.

Sunday: Beef Fajitas (I used our leftover kabobs and it was delicious) and Fries

Monday: Spaghetti Batch (it is going to be 110 degrees here, so I want to use the crock pot so we don't heat up the house), garlic bread and salad

Tuesday: Honey Mustard Pork Chops (new recipe and its in the crock pot), Twice Baked Potatoes and Corn

Wednesday: BLT's and Fries

Thursday: Happy Fourth of July! Chorizo's, Roasted Potatoes and Pasta Salad

Friday: Homemade Pizza on the Grill

Saturday: Appetizers, Spicy Chicken Bites, Potato Skins and Shrimp Cocktail

It is going to be HOT here this week so I am trying to do most of my cooking either on the grill or in the crock pot so we don't heat up the house. I like it when it is warm but 110 degrees is outrageous to me especially when I have three kids who don't like to be cooped up in the house! I'm off to do some more laundry get the kids bathed and run some errand before it gets too hot outside! Have a great week!!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-47670120082603142652013-04-08T08:43:00.001-07:002013-04-08T08:43:14.312-07:00Easter SundayI meant to get to this post last week but I was just too plain busy with appointments, the kids, the house etc.

Before I get to Easter Sunday, let me back up a few days. On Thursday my niece and the girls cousin Maggie flew in from Washington for the weekend and I got to pick her up at the airport and she got to stay the night with us and have a sleepover with Morgan. On Friday, her Nanny (her dad's mom) came out to my house where we had lunch and then took the kids to the zoo where we met up with all the other family in town.

The girls had a blast, and were tuckered out by the end of the night. On Easter Sunday, we headed over to Aunt Donna's and Uncle Bobby's house for breakfast and an egg hunt. It was nice to be able to spend the day with family and it was nice to have Maggie there as well so Morgan and her got to spend the day together!

That afternoon Patty and Mike (Dan's parents, aka Nanny and Poppy) brought Maggie to our house to have Easter dinner. Maggie had to fly out that night so it was better for them to come to our house so they didn't have to drive an hour back home to just turn around later to go to the airport. Plus it was nice to be able to spend time with Maggie since we haven't seen her in a long time!

It was nice and I was very sad to see her leave! Hopefully we will be able to see her again soon along with Dan and Jamie!
The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-70259555178496521232013-03-11T09:23:00.000-07:002013-03-11T09:23:08.988-07:00My MenuIt's time for my weekly menu. It is starting to warm up here more so I am looking forward to breaking out the BBQ more, it is nice when it starts to get warm out because the kids aren't cooped up in the house and get some fresh air and play hard out back!

Sunday: Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Corn and Rolls

Monday: Kielbasa, Rice and Green Beans

Tuesday: Crock pot Chicken and Dumplings (this is a new recipe for me and I found it here) and Salad

Wednesday: Pork Chops, Noodles and Mixed Veggies

Thursday: Hawaiian Burgers (Teriyaki, Pineapple and Swiss), Baked Beans and Tator Tots

Friday: Crock pot Creamy Ranch Chicken (another new recipe for me and it was found here), served over Angel Hair Noodles, Salad and Garlic Bread

Saturday: Tyson is probably going out with a friend, if so I am just going to pick up pizza for me and the girls.

Like I said I can't wait to start using the BBQ, For some reason I really struggle to be motivated and cook on Fridays, so I plan on alternating between the crock pot and the BBQ because for some reason if I am using either of those it is alot easier for me to cook and less likely we will be ordering out and we can save the money! 3 girls are expensive to feed, plus if Tyson is going out Saturday I would rather treat them to pizza (Little Caesars, $5.00 pizza--which Tyson won't eat) Have a great week!
Nothing stinks more then thinking a recipe is going to be good and it being awful. So we eat a lot of chicken around here, but we are pretty sick of the same old recipes that I have been making. So I was on a mission to make something new and hope that it would turn out.

Last week I had made this dressing for Taco's that I had gotten from The Pioneer Woman. When we put the dressing on the Taco's I thought that this would be good with burgers or even a warm sandwich. So that is how I made this recipe, based on the sauce.

I of course didn't take pictures because first I wasn't thinking and second I wasn't sure if it would turn out. If you like sandwiches then trust me you want to make this!

Sweet and Spicy Chicken Hoagie

Ingredients:
Rolls
Grilled Chicken
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese
1/4 cup Mayo (I used Miracle Whip)
1/4 cup Salsa
1/4 cup Sour Cream
Dry Ranch Seasoning
Hot Sauce

Grill the chicken up, season how you like, I used Garlic Power, Salt and Pepper and dice the chicken when it is done cooking. While the chicken is cooking go ahead and make your sauce. The original recipe called for a tablespoon of the ranch mix, but it was too much for me so I just sprinkled a little at a time till I liked the flavor. Hot sauce is optional, and you put in as much as you like.

Place your hoagie rolls under the broiler to crisp up, meanwhile slice your tomato and shred your lettuce (I was lazy and bought preshredded iceberg). Take the rolls out of the oven and place the cooked diced chicken on the roll until the whole bottom is covered. Spread the sauce all over the chicken and top with your choice of cheese (we used Swiss) and bake until the cheese is melted.

When the cheese has melted take it out of the oven, on the other side of the bun put more of the sauce (if you want, Ranch might be good too) lay down the lettuce and tomato and close the sandwich up and enjoy!

This is something I will be making again!
I had a menu but some days I am just plain busy (hard to imagine I know) So here is my menu for this week. I am hoping to get to the grocery store this week sometime as were getting down to the nitty gritty staple wise. But first I want to make a menu for the month so I can stay on budget and not throw a bunch of "extra" stuff that we don't need in the cart!

Sunday: BBQ and Hot Chicken Legs, mixed veggies and rice

Monday: Salisbury Steak, mashed potatoes and green beans

Tuesday: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, and garlic bread

Wednesday: Taco Soup and quesadilla's

Thursday: Either Italian Chicken Melts (I have made these once before) or French Dips with fries and pasta salad

Friday: Pizza Night

Saturday: ??? Not sure yet, depends on my grocery list.

My friend Lee and her son Ethan are hopefully coming out this week to visit as well so my menu may change depending on what she feels like eating, although she is not that picky I just want to make sure that she will like what I make. Have a great week!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-46896087955348718412013-02-12T14:49:00.000-08:002013-02-12T14:49:28.727-08:00Morgan's 5th Birthday

I can't even believe that Morgan is five already! Where did the time go? I can remember the first month after bringing her home from the hospital and now she is going to be starting kindergarten next year!

This year for her birthday we decided to not have a birthday party for her, it was a VERY SAD decision that we made but there was reasoning for it. Two of the kids that could of come were going to be out of town, our neighbors have moved out of state and her cousin lives out of state so there was only one kid that might have been able to make it. We didn't want to have a kids birthday party with all adults and possible only one kid.

So what we did was Tyson took Thursday and Friday off and we made the weekend all about her. We let her pick what she wanted to do. One of the things she wanted to do was go to Chuck E Cheese, she really loves that place and does pretty well with the games, but mostly likes the rides. When it was time to cash in her tickets she really wanted Cotton Candy, but didn't have enough tickets. The nice lady decided to go ahead and give her the Cotton Candy anyways, that made her day.

We also let her pick out a place to eat out at and she picked Burger King (which shocked me, we rarely eat there and all week she had been talking about Red Robin), I think she just wanted to go to a place with a play land, which was fine it was her birthday after all. We did Burger King and Chuck E Cheese on Friday, with plans of taking her bowling on Saturday and have cake after dinner.

I took her to the store to pick out her cake and treated her to a happy meal. When we headed home the day just went downhill. She wasn't listening, she was being mean to her sisters, she was having tantrums over the smallest things, so we said no to bowling....and she was upset for a bit, but once the cake came out she forgot all about it. I felt bad but she wasn't listening and we have to stick to our guns! Overall she had a great weekend and next year will be different since she will hopefully make some friends in her school.
I have a ton of updates to post about but just have been way to busy to get them done! This last month my friend and her son came out to visit for the week, it was so nice to have a girlfriend around to talk to, we stayed up and giggled, watched t.v. and ate ALOT of ice cream! I didn't realize how much I miss have a constant girlfriend around to be able to do that with. The kids are going stir crazy since it has been so cold and the snow is not melting so I have been trying to find new things to entertain them with so that has kept me pretty busy along with all the other household chores. I have had a menu, but like I said posting has been put on the back burner.

I do want to share a new recipe I tried on Friday night, Tyson said that I outdid myself with the recipe, you know it is good when it was a NEW recipe and he liked it that much (he doesn't care for "new" things sometimes) Anyways, I was craving Sausage and Peppers and found Giada De Laurentiis recipe HERE, it was DELICIOUS!!

Also, it was Morgan's birthday on Saturday and we let her choose where to eat and what to do, she chose Burger King (I was surprised, I thought she was going to say Red Robin, but I think she wanted to go somewhere with a play land) and she also picked Chuck E Cheese for the games

Anyways, here is my menu this week and I am going to try to get a few more posts updated this week! Have a great week everyone!!

Sunday: Balsamic Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin (new recipe, found HERE), Au gratin Potatoes and green beans

Monday: Lasagna, Homemade Olive Garden Breadsticks

Keep checking back as I have Morgans Birthday post to update you all on!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-71176413733999895132012-12-24T14:50:00.004-08:002012-12-24T14:50:30.251-08:00My MenuIt is Christmas Eve and I need to plan my menu for the week. I was able to get almost ALL of the kids presents wrapped, we are waiting on their "big" gift from Santa, I ordered it online last Sunday and it looks like it is going to be delivered today. The problem is that I had it delivered to Tyson's work so Morgan wouldn't wonder what the packages are for and the office closes at Noon today so I am hoping that it gets delivered before then, otherwise we will have to go down to Fed Ex to pick it up. Oh well, at least they will get their Santa gifts on Christmas (bikes for the twins and Hello Kitty Bedding for Morgan)

Sunday: Taco Soup

Monday: Appetizers, Chicken Wings, Potato Skins and Shrimp Quesadilla's (from PW of course)

Tuesday: CHRISTMAS DAY! I am making my traditional Egg Bake for breakfast. We will feast on Ham, Cheesy Potato Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Salad and Rolls (yum)

Wednesday: Spaghetti, Garlic Bread and Salad

Thursday: Leftover Ham (not sure what recipe yet)

Friday: Chili Cheese Hot Dogs, Macaroni Salad and Fries

Saturday: Not sure yet, maybe eat out, maybe make homemade pizza...I will see how we feel

Have a great week! The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-66659307839836637452012-12-17T09:31:00.004-08:002012-12-17T09:34:29.688-08:00Menu coming soon

I know I haven't posted a menu in two weeks, the first week I had my friend Lee and her adorable son Ethan here at the house and I wanted to wait and see what she felt like having for dinner. Last week we were all recovering from the stomach flu so eating was sparse. Now I need to get to the grocery store since I ran out of time this weekend and I don't want to plan a menu until I have gotten to the store.

Yesterday I made The Pioneer Woman's Salisbury Steak and it was delicious, today I think I am going to make her Chicken Parmesan with garlic bread and Salad (I have been craving salad a lot lately). I have a ton of ideas especially since it has been colder, I know that I want to make a pot roast and then we will have leftovers to make french dips. I also want to make a Turkey soup with our leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Also, Christmas is fastley approaching so I thought I would make a Ham for dinner, along with my breakfast casserole that is our traditional Christmas breakfast.

So stayed tuned I should have a menu planned by tomorrow. The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-72335456084276701162012-11-26T08:47:00.003-08:002012-11-26T08:47:38.848-08:00My MenuUgh, I am still sick. We all are and this just stinks! Having to take care of 3 small kids who aren't feeling well when you barely have enough energy to shower is hard! I have had this nasty cold for 10 days and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere any time soon, although I would hope it would go away! Here is my menu this week, it may change depending on how I feel at the time I am cooking. Also food is just not the same when you can barely breath and are coughing so hard it hurts!

Sunday: Taco Soups, taquito's and mini taco's

Monday: Pork Chops, homemade mac and cheese and green beans

Tuesday: Rigatoni w/ sweet sausage, salad and garlic bread

Wednesday: Fried Chicken, rice and corn

Thursday: Sloppy Joes (going to try this new recipe), tator tots and fries

Friday: Cheeseburgers, baked beans and macaroni salad

Saturday: Appetizers (we didn't have this last week) Chicken Bites, stuffed mushrooms and potatoe skins

Man this took me a long time to come up with, but I stuck to the basics this week so then it will be easier for me and I won't feel so overwhelmed! I am hoping to kick this stupid cold in the butt and I really, really hope that it goes away fast! Have a great week everyone!!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-24030058125405978962012-11-19T09:11:00.001-08:002012-11-19T09:11:02.871-08:00My MenuI really don't feel like planning a menu. On Friday I started to feel like I was getting sick and the next morning when I woke up it hit me hard! I spent the whole weekend in bed with no energy. I was either starving or not hungry, I was sweating and then had the chills. So menu planning was not on my mind at all! I still am not 100% and not sure what I want to cook this week but I am going to try.

Sunday: Spaghetti, and garlic bread

Monday: Hamburger Helper (1. We haven't had this forever, 2. I know its not the best but heck I am sick so I can cheat one day), corn and rolls

Tuesday: Homemade Chicken and Noodles (I have two of these batches frozen, from PW), salad and quesadilla's

Wednesday: Carne Asada, grilled veggies and roasted potatoes

Thursday: Thanksgiving Day. Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and rolls (all the fixings!)

Friday: Leftovers

Saturday: Appetizers (we didn't have this last Saturday as I was sick) Wings, stuffed mushrooms and potatoe skins

Now I am off to wash our sheets in hopes that any germs are lingering will go away. I just really hope that I feel better by Thursday as Thanksgiving dinner is my favorite to make and eat!!!! Have a great week! The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-26417306967471774112012-11-11T14:53:00.003-08:002012-11-11T14:53:53.473-08:00My MenuBrrr it has been cold outside! I love cooking when it is cold outside, there is just something cozy about having a warm stove cooking away comfort food while it is chilly outside! I have really been wanting to make a lot of different soups for dinner, but the girls tend to not eat a ton of it when I make it so I am doing a slow transition for them so they will get used to it and start to eat more. So with that said, here is my menu for this week

Sunday: Chili (had a big batch frozen) and Cornbread

Monday: Tuna Noodle Casserole (hoping the twins eat this as they are not fans of casserole, but hey they have to get used to it), Corn and Rolls

Tuesday: Meatloaf (this time I am trying The Pioneer Woman's--no surprise!), Cheesy Potatoes and Green Beans

Wednesday: Beer Can Chicken, Leftover Potatoes, and Leftover Veggies

Thursday: Brinner! Breakfast for dinner, Pancakes, Bacon, Eggs and Hash browns. (so much because I prefer eggs, Morgan prefers pancakes)

Saturday: Steak, Caramelized Mushrooms and Onions, and Shrimp Scampi.

I have to get a grocery trip in this week as well. We don't need much but some of the essentials like Rice, noodles, veggies, and I need to stock up on just a few meat items like Ground Beef and Chicken. But before I get to the grocery store I want to plan my menu for the next month (which is how I used to do it) so then I can make sure that we have most of the stuff for the month and then I don't have to run out in the cold with three kids to pick up stuff. We will save that for the fresh produce I have to get. (and that is like once a week, we go through a lot of fruit in this house) Have a great week!!The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-63966698400894876782012-11-11T13:18:00.002-08:002012-11-11T13:18:57.058-08:00Halloween 2012I was really excited this year for Halloween! Last year Cameryn and Jaidyn had just started walking and really didn't know what was going on and this year I knew once they realized that they get candy by going to a door in a costume that they were going to love it! Morgan right away said she wanted to be Strawberry Shortcake, so that was settled and done. I was going to have Jaidyn be Elmo since she LOVES him and when we were at Target I just couldn't bring myself to pay full price for a costume, but while we were there I was eyeing a really cute Owl costume for Cameryn but again it was full price.

A few weeks went by and I kept searching to get their costumes on sale and then I had an idea, I thought if the twins could be little devils that it would be cute. So I was looking online at Target.com and found the cutest devil costumes, however they were full price. Then I saw the cute Owl costume I was eyeing for Cameryn was on clearance....it went from $17.99 to $7.50! I knew that was their costume!

Now when it came time to get dressed for Halloween, Morgan and Jaidyn were all about it. Cameryn on the other hand did NOT want to wear her costume! But she got over it as soon as we were out and about and she was getting candy in her bag! We took all three girls to about 20-25 houses and at about 7:30 Cameryn and Jaidyn were done, they didn't even want to walk anymore. Tyson took them home to get ready for bed and I took Morgan out for another 45 minutes. She had a blast!
And her Chicken and Noodles recipe is the BEST! Morgan Jo: Morgan started preschool in September, she goes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9-1130, the first 3 times I dropped her off she cried, she didn't want me to leave, but after that she now runs into the room and can't wait to go back! Favorite toy: anything that stacks, clicks, (like Lego's) and anything she can push

Fun Fact: She is wearing 24 months-2t and has a size 7 shoe.

Jaidyn Elliott: Oh Jaidyn, she is a goofy girl. She is always trying to do things to make us laugh. She is very bright and usually only have to show her something once for her to remember. She is mostly obedient, however is starting to copy Morgan in someways when she doesn't want to do something (like cross her arms in front of her and pout). She is talking more than Cameryn, she says Mama, Dada, Da (dog), Hi, Nite Nite, Waaa (water), brook (for broken), Ahhh (when you explain something to her she says Ahhhh), My (for mine), she signs Please, More, All Done, Drink, Banana, and Help. She knows the sounds to Cat, Dog, Monkey, Lion, Elephant, Giraffe, Duck, Bird and Train. She is for sure a daddy's girl!

Dislikes: Casseroles, and its not that she doesn't "like" fruit, but she prefers carbs over fruit (which is funny because she is our "tiniest" kid we have had)

Favorite T.V. Show: Elmo's World and Curious George

Lately the twins have been fighting their nap, so I am thinking that might be going away soon, but I am going to keep on trying as it is nice to get some one on one time with Morgan while they nap! I am really looking forward to this Christmas and can't wait to see how they do with the tree (we didn't get one last year) and the presents. Also, this winter my two goals for Cameryn and Jaidyn are to start them in a toddler bed and start potty training (it would be wonderful to not have to buy anymore diapers!) My two goals with Morgan is for her to fully write her name (right now she can write M and O) and to know the whole alphabet by site. I am going to have to get creative as we will be stuck in the house for most of the day when winter hits!

This week is a bit different, I am making my menu as I type this, I was able to make it to the grocery store and now we have all kinds of choices for dinner, which always makes the planning hard. I am also planning around the weather, it is a bit cooler here this week so I am trying to think of things that can be used in the crock pot!

Sunday: I really don't want to say what we ate because it is embarrassing, but in defense we had a late lunch and weren't really hungry at dinner time, but knew we needed to eat. So here it is, we had Corn Dogs, chicken nuggets, onion rings and tator tots (I know I deserve the Mom of the year award for that meal!)

Monday: Spaghetti, salad and garlic bread

Tuesday: Beer Can Chicken, mashed potatoes (taters from our garden!), gravy and green beans

Wednesday: Beef and Bean Burritos (from The Pioneer Woman), tator tots and salad

Thursday: Brinner (Breakfast for Dinner), Eggs, hash browns, bacon--the whole works

Friday: I can't decide, I am either doing a crock pot dinner or Order out---Cameryn has an late eye appt this day.

Saturday: Appetizer night: Steak Bites, potato skins, and quesadilla's

I know I sound like a broken record, but I am so excited that it is getting cooler! I picked up a Pot Roast to put in the crock pot later this month, I even got some Pork Roasts for pulled pork, I have a couple of soup recipes I want to try, I love the fall!!! Have a great week! The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7732296049727161611.post-65939107118906943562012-10-01T12:29:00.002-07:002012-10-01T12:29:36.013-07:00My MenuI didn't post a menu last week because I was busy with Jeremy, Lee and Ethan being here. They flew in on Saturday night and Jeremy had to go back to work and left Tuesday morning, but Lee and Ethan got to stay until Sunday and it was a lot of fun. The girls loved having Ethan to play with and it was nice to be able to just sit around and chit chat with Lee! Now back to a normal week except I am on Jury Duty this week and I am not sure if I am going to get called in or not so this menu may change depending on that.

Sunday: Chicken Fried Steak (from The Pioneer Woman), mashed potatoes and corn

Monday: Sesame Chicken Stir fry, and rice

Tuesday: Rigatoni, Italian sausage, salad and garlic bread

Wednesday: Chicken and Dumplings (from The Pioneer Woman), and rolls

Thursday: W.T. Baked Potatoes, mac and cheese and chili

Friday: Pot Roast, carrots, potatoes, onions, and rolls

Saturday: French Dips with leftover pot roast, and fries

It is really going to cool down this week here so I am excited to get my crock pot out and make some comfort food! All the things on this weeks menu I have been craving so I am excited that it is going to be cooling down this week. Have a great week! The Pechanec Familyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04512235209341652777noreply@blogger.com0
