Apparently I needed more coffee when I posted this as I just noticed I left out Thursday on my menu! Yes we are eating this day, I just forgot to add it :)
This week is going to be a long week! It is the first full week in the last 3 weeks that Tyson doesn't have at least one day off! So having my menu planned is going to help and save a lot of time and thinking which will be nice so that will free up so more time to get a few things done and play with the girls!
Sunday: Pulled Pork Leftovers, cheesy potatoes and pea pods
Monday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls
Tuesday: Cheese Tortellini with homemade Alfredo sauce, salad and homemade break sticks
Wednesday: Ranch Chicken (I didn't make this last week), crash hot potatoes (another one from PW) and Salad
Thursday: Cheeseburgers, baked beans and homemade fries
Friday: Homemade Pizza on the grill
Saturday: Appetizers, Wings, Jalapeno poppers, Cheddar Beer Cocktail Weenies and Steak Bites
It is starting to cool down here and that is nice, Fall is my favorite season followed by Winter, I just love being able to make stews, soups and pot roasts when it is chilly outside! I have been watching the t.v. show Master Chef and it has really gotten my creative juices flowing as far as meals go. So I plan on making a list of all the creative stuff I want to try and pick a few out each month to cook up! I am just getting sick of the same old menu items and could really use a change.
