She had a great time playing with my parents dog, it took her a few days to get used to being somewhere new, but I think she had fun!!

She loved the hose, and really liked it when Dada put his foot out for her to try and get wet!!!
We went and got her a little kiddie pool and she loves it!!! It is nice to have this when it is so hot outside but too hot to not have something to cool you down!
I can say that she LOVES water and I am hoping to start swimming classes with her coming up and I know that she will really enjoy it!!
She really liked the birds that were in lower cages so she could see them, she didn't want to leave each site, we had to pick her up to the next site for her to see, she loves animals. The best expression I saw was the giraffe's she was amazed by them!!
as you can see from the next pic she wasn't happy that I turned her around for a mommy and daughter pic as she couldn't see the giraffe!!
the penquins were also a hit, she loved watching them swim up and down in the water:
I think we all had a great time and I will defiantly bring Morgan back, it is NOT the MN Zoo by any means, but it does the job for now...we ended the day with love as we started the zoo with love, with Morgan giving Maggie kisses.
Everyday she tries to do something new and I have to say that she has no fear, if she can climb it she will, if she can stand on it she will, I have more fear than she does!! The other day Tyson had her in the bonus room and she climbed up the exersaucer and got in it, legs all in the right spots and everything, you have to understand the exersaucer comes up to her chest, how she got in it I don't know, but she has no fear
As you can see from this pic, she took her rocking horse and climbed up the recliner
Morgan vocabulary is growing as well, she can say Dada, Hi, Abbie, Puppy, Mommy (that is her current favorite, it is Mommy everything) and I think she is trying to say Bowl, she knows what a ball is if I tell her to go and get the ball, but she doesn't say it, we are trying to teach her to say Abbie No, as Abbie is always in her way, but she hasn't started that. She will shake her head yes and no, which helps a lot because even though she can't talk at least I can ask her and she can say yes or no with her head. She is slowly starting the "tantrum" stage and you would think the world is coming to an end, she will fall to the floor and hang her head down crying...it is hard to not giggle as it is so sad!! She is really into getting on my lap with a book and having me read it to her, then she will go and get another book and again I read that, over and over, she is very consistent!!
She also is infatuated with going outside and loves it, our front yard is a bit steep and she hasn't learned how to slow down her walking without falling so we have to keep a close eye on her but she loves just being outside!
She definitely at her fair share of dirt!! She was all about what she could eat than anything, as you can see from this picture, of course I was the "crazy" mom who kept trying to clean her face, even for it to turn it dirty in seconds!!
She was really into playing with Reagan and Brooks this time around, it was nice they kept each other entertained!!
Here are Morgan and Brooks playing, they are already giving each other the eye, too bad they don't know their parents are wanting them to get married, what fun family activities would be!!
Like I said Morgan did really good on this camping trip, if only she knew to sleep in like normal and not get up when it turned light out would be nice!
Here she is with Dada
Here she is with me giving me kisses, which she loves to do!!
When I say that she is into everything, she is into EVERYTHING, she becomes obsessed with one thing and she is determined to accomplish that task no matter what, the other day she just had to revisit some of her old toys that we have in storage
But I have to say that the best part of her is that she loves to be cuddled and loved and that is the best feeling in the world!!
It was a bit bright out, so we didn't have her in it too long, but she loves playing in the sand as well
Her newest thing since she has started walking is sitting on things. She is fascinated with finding anything that she can sit on and then get up and do it all over again, this ranges from stairs, cabinets, a step stool and even the dogs!!
We even went on our first camping trip this last weekend and Morgan did really good, we went a bunch last year but she wasn't mobile so it was easy, she adjusted really well, the only issue was it was really windy where we were at and my batteries for the camera were dead so I didn't get that many pictures. Here she is trying to fish with Reagan's fishing pole, dad was really proud!!
We are looking forward to many more camping trips and I know that she is going to love them too!!
Also in big news last Wednesday we were at home and all of a sudden Morgan stood up and just started walking, as if she has been doing it for weeks!! We are so excited as she is almost 15 months and it seemed like she wasn't going to walk ever!!
Over the past few days I have had to say "No Morgan" over and over again, I guess I should get used to it as she is finally starting to get into everything!!
She saw Dad mowing for the first time ever and she sat in front of the glass door for a 1/2 hour w/o making a peep except to bang on the glass once in a while, she was fascinated with the mower!!
I finally started to do stuff to her hair as it is getting so long on top and is always in her face. Daycare every once in a while will do her hair too, so I went out and bought some really cute barettes and clips and now I am excited to try new things.
This last Sunday we also got to babysit Maggie for the day, we had her from 730-430 and they got to play all day. It was also a huge reality check on what it would be like w/ 2 toddlers at the same tired and I have to say that I was TIRED at the end of the day. They were really cute together and really would interact, at one point they were babbling back and forth to each other!!
We only managed 45 minutes for a nap, at the same time and then they just didn't want to sleep. Needless to say they were very tired and cranky at the end of the day. It was fun to let them have all that time to play as that was the longest that they were together since they were born!!
