Morgan's First Christmas

So Morgan had her first Christmas and being only 11 months, she didn't quite get the concept, but she did enjoy getting a whole bunch of new toys. She also got a whole new wardrobe. It was a lot of fun seeing her enjoying her new toys and I can't wait for next year and hopefully she will be able to rip open her own presents!!!

She wasn't quite sure about ripping open the presents, she was more interested in the bows and the ribbon, but you can see that she sort of got the concept. She loves Elmo Live!!

She also got really mad when we couldn't get the out of the box fast enough for her....It was quite funny because she got so mad, all she wanted to do was play with the toy.....things to look forward to as she gets bigger, because I know that it is only going to get worse, but that is the fun in having kids with Christmas.

I will scan the Santa picture as she didn't like him at all, but she loved wearing her Santa dress and she looked really cute in it!!! I definitely feel lucky that Tyson and I have Morgan and look forward to many more years of Christmas fun with her!!

Cousin Time

Morgan is lucky to have a cousin who is only 6 weeks younger and now they are starting to get more active they get to play with each other. My sister in law and I are really excited as they get more mobile to see them interact. Maggie is definitely going to be taller than Morgan as you can see in the pics she is the same height.

I look forward to many more years to them becoming closer and hopefully best friends. It will be interesting to see who becomes the "alpha" of them, right now it is definitely Maggie, Morgan is very passive and goes with the flow. Maggie likes to take charge and she is not afraid to show it.

Morgan's new fascination

So Morgan is approaching 11 months, and she is now fascinated with the Doggy Door, I know that one of these times she is going to crawl right out of it. We move her away from the door and within seconds she is back. It is great to see her learning new things and trying to figure them out, I am convinced of course that she is the smartest baby ever!!

As you can see I think that she knows that she is a cute little stinker!!

I am new to this

I decided that I should get a blog so all of my family that doesn't get to see Morgan and us all the time will have that opportunity now, but I am new to this and it will take time to get used to it, so be prepared for it to look better than it is now!! Angie
